Opt-out

Effective date: February 14, 2026. This page explains how to opt out of non-essential communications and how to manage cookie preferences.

What “opt-out” means here
AxenOne does not run third-party ad trackers on this website. Opt-out options primarily cover email communications you may receive after contacting us, plus cookie preference choices for performance-related cookies.

1) Email communication preferences

If you do not want follow-up emails, you can request opt-out by sending a message to: [email protected]. Please include the email address you want us to update and a short note such as “opt out of non-essential communications”.

We may still send messages that are necessary to respond to a request you initiated (for example, confirming receipt of an inquiry or clarifying your question).

2) Cookie preferences

Cookie handling on this website is designed to be local and lightweight. A cookie tool can be loaded from our own assets after you interact with the page. You can also manage cookies using your browser settings (delete existing cookies, block new cookies, or set per-site preferences).

  • Browser controls: Most browsers allow you to remove cookies and set cookie limits.
  • Private browsing: Can reduce persistence of stored cookies depending on browser behavior.
  • Device settings: Some devices provide additional tracking and storage controls.

3) Preference timelines

We aim to process opt-out requests within a reasonable time after verification. For security, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the email address.

4) Data handling overview

For details on what data we collect and why, please review our Privacy Policy. For website use rules, see Terms of Service.
